CLICKBANK HOPLINK SYSTEM UPGRADE

ClickBank is retiring its familiar "hoplink" syntax in favor
of a new ClickBank Tracking Code.
ClickBank clients will be best served by switching to the
new system with its many advantages by December 2003.
(details below)

You should update your site today to take advantage of
the features of the new system.
Benefits to both Vendors and Affiliates include:

  • More accurate tracking of referrals.
  • No "stolen" or "hijacked" commissions.
  • Customers can't receive discounts simply by signing up
as an "affiliate" just prior to purchasing.
  • Fewer spam complaints. The new system encourages affiliates to
take responsibility for their own marketing methods.
  • Multiple target pages with incoming traffic control. Affiliates
can link directly to any page the vendor authorizes.
  • More features on the way including detailed traffic and conversion
    stats.
  • Vendors converting to the new system will be specially highlighted
in the ClickBank marketplace, which will attract more Affiliates.
  • All new affiliates will automatically use the new system.
  • Affiliate nicknames will be invisible in order to protect
    your account and your commission.
